本文作者着重研究了夹杂物形态、分布和基体金属性能在15MnVN钢层状撕裂形成过程中所起的重要作用。研究了焊接过程中促使材料变脆的各种因素对层状撕裂敏感性的影响,主要包括:模拟焊接热循环;不同应变及不同温度下时效脆化。此外,利用Z向拉伸和弯曲模拟层状撕裂过程,在光学及电子显微镜下直接观察了夹杂物的开裂和裂纹在基体中的扩展过程。
The author of this paper focuses on the important role of inclusion morphology, distribution and matrix metal properties in the formation of lamellar tearing in 15MnVN steel. The effects of various factors that make the material brittle during welding process on the lamellar tearing susceptibility are studied, including the simulation of the welding thermal cycle, the aging and embrittlement under different strains and different temperatures. In addition, the crack propagation and crack propagation in the matrix were directly observed under optical and electron microscopes by the Z-direction tensile and bending simulation of the lamellar tearing process.
