在学理论,抓路线,深入开展“农业学大寨”运动的高潮中,我区广大干部群众积极响应中央提出的“奋战二、三年,不吃进口糖”的号召,大力发展甘蔗生产,出现了一个前所未有的大好形势,丰收在望。当前,为了保证甘蔗丰产丰收,除认真抓好砍、运、榨等各个环节外,大力推广小锄低砍收获甘蔗,是一项增产的重要措施,根据各地实践证明,它不但使今年甘蔗能够达到增产增收,而且还为来年宿根蔗高产打下良好基础。
