由于中小学德育在学校教育中没有真正放在为首的位置,学校,社会,家庭没有三位一体,真正形成合力等客观存在的问题,中小学生在良好行为习惯的养成,文明礼仪的自觉遵守,传统美德的继承,正确的价值观,人生观养成方面都不能得到有目标,有计划,有步骤的系统训练。为了让学校德育真正为构建和谐社会扬帆助航,学校应充分发挥家庭教育作用,让家庭教育和学校教育形成合力,促进学生的全面发展。学校德育内容应课程化,设德育专职教师,保证德育活动专项资金。建立操作性强的中小学德育评价体系,让德育真正与智育并举。
