In this experiment, five kinds of histidine-auxotrophic Salmonella typhimurium (TAX), TA_ (100), TA_ (1535), TA_ (1537) and TA_ (1538) , Phoxim, fenitrothion) and 0.87 kGy γ-ray irradiated rice mutagenicity test.
