研究了纳米级SiO2填充PMMA体系的性能。结果表明,经不同偶联剂处理的SiO2填充PMMA的最大扭矩和最终平衡扭矩呈现如下规律,未处理SiO2填充PMMA体系>A151处理SiO2填充PMMA体系>A1100处理SiO2填充PMMA>A174处理SiO2填充PMMA体系,偶联剂用量在3%时,体系的拉伸强度呈现峰值。纳米级SiO2采用普通的分散方法进行混合时不能达到有效分散,随SiO2用量增加拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度都下降,透光率降低,损耗增加。
The performance of nano-scale SiO2 filled PMMA system was studied. The results show that the maximum torque and the final balance torque of SiO2-filled PMMA treated with different coupling agents have the following rules. The unprocessed SiO2 filled PMMA system> A151 treated with SiO2 filled PMMA system> A1100 treated with SiO2 filled PMMA> A174 treated with SiO2 filled PMMA system, the amount of coupling agent at 3%, the tensile strength of the system showed a peak. Nanometer SiO2 can not be dispersed effectively when it is mixed by ordinary dispersion method. With the increase of SiO2 dosage, the tensile strength is decreased, the bending strength and impact strength are decreased, the light transmittance is decreased and the loss is increased.
