针对水轮机高阶反向响应过程,用布谷鸟算法对系统进行模型降阶,然后采用一阶Padé近似展开其中的时滞环节设计分数阶控制器;控制器的参数整定采用最大灵敏度和被控过程简化模型参数之间的解析表达式来完成。仿真结果表明分数阶PID控制器结构简单易实现,且可以使得被控过程具有良好的设定值跟踪性能,干扰抑制性能和鲁棒性能。
