结合松江跨流域引水梯级水电站群,建立了长期优化调度模型及求解方法。该模型首先确定初步的引水流量,然后以典型日负荷曲线为基础构建调峰电价曲线,以调峰效益最大为目标构建梯级水电站群优化调度模型,采用逐步优化算法、逐次逼近算法和状态逐密离散微分动态规划联合对模型进行求解。通过不断调整引水流量,对目标函数进行寻优,确定引水流量及相应的各水库调度方案,以充分发挥跨流域引水水库的调节与补偿能力。成果可直接应用于松江流域。
Combined with the diversion cascade hydropower station in Songjiang interbasin basin, a long-term optimal scheduling model and its solution method are established. The model first determines the initial water diversion flow rate, and then builds the peak electricity price curve based on the typical daily load curve. The optimization scheduling model of cascaded hydropower plants is constructed with the goal of peak regulation efficiency. By using the stepwise optimization algorithm, successive approximation algorithm and state-by-close Discrete Differential Dynamic Programming to solve the model. By continuously adjusting the water diversion flow, the objective function is optimized to determine the water diversion flow rate and the corresponding reservoir dispatching schemes in order to give full play to the regulation and compensation capacity of the diversion reservoir. The results can be directly applied to the Songjiang River.
