东芝作为曾经国内市场的笔记本王者,风光似已不在。但是,谁都不可能忽略掉东芝这个品牌,实际上,堪与联想Thinkpad、hp相比的,只有东芝等少数几家厂商。这不仅在于产品本身的设计理念,对使用者需求的理解,还包括在售后服务体系的完善以及服务渠道、购买支持等等多个方面。很多品牌的笔记本电脑,卖出去容易,再返回头想要获得售后服务,可真是难上加难,但东芝不会。作为一个涉足笔记本电脑领域多年的厂商,东芝被人们熟悉,也为很多使用者喜爱。
