当TBM遭遇不良地质情况时,经常出现突涌水、塌方和大变形等地质灾害,往往造成机械被卡、被埋甚至报废的严重事故。为了降低TBM施工中遭遇事故的风险,采用超前地质预报系统进行探测,根据前方的地质情况预先制定合理的处置措施和施工预案,规避和预防重大灾害事故的发生。作为巴基斯坦首次采用TBM法进行隧道施工,项目所在山区无长距离洞室开挖先例,在N-J隧洞TBM段掘进配置了三套独立预报系统,即ISIS、TST地震波发超期预报和传统的超前钻探相结合的方法进行地质预报,实践证明这三种方法的结合使用为现场快速施工提供了很大的帮助。
When TBM encounters adverse geological conditions, geological disasters such as sudden water gushing, landslide and big deformation often occur, which often cause serious accidents such as machinery being stuck, being buried or even scrapped. In order to reduce the risk of accident in TBM construction, advanced geologic forecasting system is used to detect and pre-design reasonable disposal measures and construction plans according to the geological conditions ahead to avoid and prevent the occurrence of major disasters. As the first Pakistani TBM tunneling project, there is no precedent for long-distance tunnel excavation in the mountainous area where the project is located. Three sets of independent forecasting systems are installed in TBM section of NJ Tunnel, that is, ISIS, TST seismic wave overtop prediction and traditional advanced drilling phase Combined with the method of geological prediction, the practice proved that the combination of these three methods for on-site rapid construction has provided a great help.
