在现代社会,道德和法律是推动社会发展不可或缺的调控力量,法律在解决矛盾冲突、协调利益关系的过程中日益彰显其强大的力量。与法律相比,道德则是一种无形的力量,从人们的思想意识入手,规范人们的行为。二者在社会生活中是相辅相成、辩证统一的关系。在我国经济社会高速发展的今天,引导二者合理发展会为我国构建和谐社会提供良好的制度规范。
In modern society, morality and law are indispensable regulatory forces that promote social development. Laws have increasingly demonstrated their great strength in the process of resolving conflicts and conflicts and coordinating the relations of interests.
