对41例(60只)眼先天性白内障用现代显微技术进行手术,同时植入后房型人工晶体5例(6只眼),手术效果满意,术后视力明显提高。对术前准备、术中技巧及人工晶体在治疗先天性白内障中的应用作了初步的讨论。
41 cases (60 eyes) of congenital cataract were treated with modern microscopy, and 5 cases (6 eyes) of posterior chamber intraocular lens were implanted. Satisfactory surgical results and visual acuity were significantly improved after operation. Preoperative preparation, intraoperative techniques and intraocular lens in the treatment of congenital cataracts made a preliminary discussion.
