目的探讨煤矿工人原发性高血压病患者血浆中降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)水平与血压、血脂、血糖、肥胖等的相关性。方法选取河北省邯郸市峰峰矿区煤矿工人原发性高血压患者67例为观察组,同一地区健康个体62例为对照组,测量血压(BP)、身高、体重、腰围(WC)、臀围(HC),抽取空腹静脉血测定血糖(FPC)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、尿酸(UA)等指标,计算体重指数(BMl)腰臀比(WHR)。结果①原发性高血压组血浆中CGRP水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。②原发性高血压组血浆中CGRP水平与SBP、TC和LDL-C呈显著负相关(P<0.05),与载脂蛋白Al(ApoAl)呈正相关(P<0.05);对照组血浆中CGRP水平与SBP和LDL-C呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。③多元逐步回归分析结果提示,SBP、LDL-C和TC是影响血浆中CGRP的独立危险因素。结论邯郸市煤矿工人高血压患者血浆中CGRP水平与血压、血脂存在相关性。
Objective To investigate the correlation between plasma levels of calcitonin gene - related peptide (CGRP) and blood pressure, blood lipid, blood sugar and obesity in coal miners with essential hypertension. Methods Sixty-seven cases of coal mine workers with essential hypertension in Feng Mine in Handan City of Hebei Province were selected as the observation group and 62 healthy individuals in the same area as the control group. Blood pressure (BP), height, weight, waist circumference (WC) (HC), fasting venous blood (FPC), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL- (UA) and other indicators, body mass index (BMl) waist-hip ratio (WHR). Results ① The plasma levels of CGRP in patients with essential hypertension were significantly lower than those in controls (P <0.01). (2) There was a significant negative correlation between plasma CGRP level and SBP, TC and LDL-C in essential hypertension group (P <0.05), and positively correlated with apolipoprotein Al (ApoAl) (P <0.05) There was a significant negative correlation between SBP and LDL-C (P <0.05). ③ Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that SBP, LDL-C and TC were independent risk factors of plasma CGRP. Conclusions The level of CGRP in plasma of workers in coal miners in Handan City is correlated with blood pressure and blood lipid.
