针对目前煤矿安全监控系统中传感器存在的一些检测精度低、稳定性差、可靠性差和易受电磁干扰等问题,将新颖的光纤传感技术应用于煤矿安全监控行业。重点讨论了光纤传感技术在煤矿安全监控中的几种应用方案,如井下环境温度检测,井下粉尘浓度检测,对甲烷等有害气体的监测等。研究结果表明,光纤传感本质安全、耐腐蚀、灵敏度高、使用寿命长,非常适用于煤矿生产环境参数检测,为改进煤矿安全监控系统提供了新颖的思路和切实可行的解决方案。
Aiming at the problems of low accuracy, poor stability, poor reliability and susceptibility to electromagnetic interference in the current coal mine safety monitoring system, the novel optical fiber sensing technology is applied to the coal mine safety monitoring industry. Several applications of optical fiber sensing technology in coal mine safety monitoring are discussed in detail, such as downhole ambient temperature detection, downhole dust concentration detection, monitoring of methane and other harmful gases. The results show that optical fiber sensing is intrinsically safe, corrosion resistant, high sensitivity and long service life. It is very suitable for the detection of coal mine production environment parameters. It provides novel ideas and practical solutions for improving coal mine safety monitoring system.
