目的:探讨光敏剂喜泊分联合放疗对小鼠H22肝癌移植瘤的治疗及其放疗增敏作用,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:建立H22肝癌移植瘤小鼠动物模型及实验分组:对照组、单纯放疗组、小剂量喜泊分加放疗组(联合Ⅰ组)、中剂量喜泊分加放疗组(联合Ⅱ组)、大剂量喜泊分加放疗组(联合Ⅲ组)。对照组
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the therapeutic effect of photosensitizer hippophae radiotherapy combined with radiotherapy on H22 hepatoma transplanted tumor in mice and its radiosensitizing effect, and to explore its mechanism.
