[目的]了解黑点切叶野螟的生物学特性。[方法]以空心莲子草为食料,测定不同温度(17、22、27、32℃)下黑点切叶野螟生长发育温度参数;测定该虫卵、1~5龄幼虫、蛹发育及成虫产卵的起点温度和有效积温;测定该虫除卵期以外其他各虫态的过冷却点和结冰点。[结果]卵、1~5龄幼虫、蛹及卵到成虫的发育起点温度分别为11.80、11.19、13.28、13.20、12.31、15.28、12.10、0℃,有效积温分别为77.67、70.78、46.24、35.65、40.15、27.39、101.70、267.17 d·℃。1~5龄幼虫和蛹的过冷却点分别为-15.57±3.14、-15.74±3.58、-12.72±4.30、-7.68±3.57、-6.75±3.69、-14.67±3.70℃,体液结冰点分别为-13.80±3.09、-11.75±4.95、-4.28±1.95、-2.03±1.20、-1.62±1.17、-5.47±2.60℃。[结论]试验结果为进一步利用黑点切叶野螟防治空心莲子草提供了理论依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to understand the biological characteristics of Scylla serrata. [Method] With Alternanthera philoxeroides as food material, the temperature parameters of growth and development of Saprolimus microphylla at different temperatures (17,22,27,32 ℃) were determined. The development and adult development of the eggs, 1st to 5th instar larvae and pupae The starting temperature of spawning and the effective accumulated temperature. The subcooling points and freezing points of other insect states except oviposit period were determined. [Result] The onset temperature of eggs, 1st to 5th instar larvae, pupae and eggs to adults were 11.80,11.19,13.28,13.20,12.31,15.28,12.10,0 ℃, respectively. The effective accumulated temperature was 77.67,70.78,46.24,35.65 , 40.15, 27.39, 101.70, 267.17 d.C. The supercooling points of larvae and pupae of 1st to 5th instar were -15.57 ± 3.14, -15.74 ± 3.58, -12.72 ± 4.30, -7.68 ± 3.57, -6.75 ± 3.69 and -14.67 ± 3.70 ℃, respectively. The freezing points of body fluids were -13.80 ± 3.09, -11.75 ± 4.95, -4.28 ± 1.95, -2.03 ± 1.20, -1.62 ± 1.17, -5.47 ± 2.60 ° C. [Conclusion] The results of the experiment provided theoretical basis for further using Alternanthera philoxeroides to control Alternanthera philoxeroides.
