风湿性心脏瓣膜病为所有器質性心脏血管病中最常见的一种,近年来由于开展了二尖瓣狭窄的分离术治疗,有不少的病例获得治癒或症状明显改善。心电图检查对于风湿性心脏瓣膜病的诊断具有病原诊断价值,并为判定有无左或右心室肥厚的可靠根据。今后二尖瓣狭窄的手术治疗及心电图检查将日盈迅速的扩大与推广。为此,作者分析75例风湿性二尖瓣狭窄心电图的表征并观察心电图与二尖瓣狡窄的程度,心脏大小及肺动脉扩张等的关系。以供参攷。资料与整理
