提出了传动系统瞬态温度场的分析方法,建立了失去润滑条件下传动系统功率损失及对流换热系数的计算模型,该模型考虑了失去润滑后传动系统热状态参数的时变特征。在稳态热分析的基础上,求解了某直升机齿轮传动系统的瞬态温度场,为该传动系统生存能力的预测提供了理论依据。
A method to analyze the transient temperature field of the transmission system is proposed. The calculation model of the power loss and convection heat transfer coefficient of the transmission system under the condition of losing lubrication is established. The model considers the time-varying characteristics of the thermal state parameters of the transmission system after losing lubrication. Based on the steady state thermal analysis, the transient temperature field of a helicopter gear transmission system is solved, which provides a theoretical basis for the prediction of the viability of the transmission system.
