随着我国钢铁工业的迅速发展,大型平炉、转炉、轧钢炼铁等部门都需要氧气,为此,全国各地大型制氧机厂相继建成投产。在制氧机的空分塔上有几十组中压黄铜阀。这些中压阀不仅要求承受较高的的工作压力,还要求承受-183℃液氧和液氮的低温。所以必需保证阀顶良好的密封,不漏氧,不漏气。我们采用钖钎焊完成了黄铜阀项与不锈钢阀杆的焊接。
