目的探讨双重身份识别方法在人类辅助生殖技术(assisted reproductive technology,ART)患者安全管理中的作用。方法在ART患者身份安全管理中,四川大学华西第二医院生殖医学中心2015年之前采用证件识别方法,2015年开始采用证件识别和指纹识别两种方法,分别于建档日和手术日对患者夫妇进行身份识别。结果 2014年证件识别16 652人,平均处理时间2 min/人,其中证件识别身份疑问者128人,平均处理时间15 min/人;2015年双重身份识别20 044人,平均处理时间2.2 min/人,其中证件识别身份疑问者135人,平均处理时间2.5 min/人。使用双重身份识别方法后,对证件识别身份有疑问患者的平均处理时间从15 min/人缩短至2.5min/人,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双重身份识别方法在ART患者安全管理中的运用是安全的,可提高工作效率,值得推广。
Objective To explore the role of dual identification in the safety management of patients with assisted reproductive technology (ART). Methods In the field of identity and safety management of ART patients, the Reproductive Medicine Center of West China Second Hospital of Sichuan University adopted the document identification method before 2015 and the document identification and fingerprint identification methods from 2015 onwards. For identification. Results In 2014, there were 16,652 documents with an average processing time of 2 min / person, of whom 128 were identified with identity problems and the average processing time was 15 min / person. In 2015, there were 20,044 individuals with an average processing time of 2.2 min / person , Of which 135 were identity identification documents, with an average processing time of 2.5 min / person. After using the dual identification method, the average treatment time of patients with suspected ID identification was shortened from 15 min to 2.5 min / person, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The dual identification method is safe in the safety management of ART patients, which can improve work efficiency and is worth promoting.
