伴随着我国高等职业教育的不断发展,高职院校招生数量的不断增加,学生的生源质量也相对较差。有的学生在高中时期自卑心理较严重,对于自己的智力以及能力产生了怀疑,对自己的未来缺少自信心。对于高职院校的教育者来说,应对这些学生实施关爱,帮助这些学生树立正确的人生观、价值观、成才观。通过实际工作体会到“3C”教育理念对于高职教育的现实意义,本文就该理念在高职教育中的现实意义进行探讨,期望对高职教育有一定的指导作用。
With the continuous development of higher vocational education in our country, the enrollment of students in higher vocational colleges continues to increase, and the students’ quality of students is also relatively poor. Some students in high school inferiority more serious, doubts about their intelligence and ability, lack of confidence in their own future. For educators in higher vocational colleges, these students should be given care and help these students to establish a correct outlook on life, values and talents. Through the practical work to understand “3C ” educational philosophy for the practical significance of higher vocational education, this paper discusses the practical significance of this concept in higher vocational education, and hopefully, it will give some guidance to higher vocational education.
