去年4月,北京市朝阳区等全国首批八个社区教育实验区的工作正式起动。一年多来,各实验区在以下几个方面取得了比较明显的成效:第一,开展内容广泛、形式多样的教育培训活动。第二,普遍把建设学习型组织摆在突出位置。第三,充分发挥现有资源的作用并加以整合,同时根据需要和可能,开拓、建设新的教育资源和阵地。第四,探索和实行了“政府统筹领导、教育部门主管、有关部门配合、社会积极支持、社区自主活动、群众广泛参与”的社区教育管理模式。
Last April, the first group of eight community education experimental zones in Beijing, including Chaoyang District, officially started. Over the past year, the experimental areas have made remarkable achievements in the following aspects: First, carry out a wide range of education and training activities in various forms. Second, the construction of learning organizations in general placed prominence. Third, give full play to the role of existing resources and integrate them, and at the same time open up and build new educational resources and positions as needed and possible. Fourthly, we have explored and implemented the community education management mode of “unified leadership of the government, head of the education department, cooperation of relevant departments, active support of the society, voluntary activities of the community, extensive participation of the masses”.
