本实验研究了连续搅拌釜式反应器内,乙酸酐水解反应时,停留时间分布测定。根据文献中的线索,对实验进程中的乙酸酐、总醋酸的不稳定阶段的瞬时浓度(C_▲t,CHt)、乙酸酐不稳定阶段的瞬时转化率(Z_Δt)以及稳定阶段乙酸酐的稳定浓度(C_(?))、稳定的转化率(Z_(?))等理论计算公式进行了详细推导,并以实验所测定的数据,绘制了相应的理论曲线图、实测曲线图以及停留时间分布函数[F(t)]和停留时间密度函数[E(t)]的图形。此外,我们自行设计了结构简单、制作容易、操作简便且稳定、效果良好的示踪物质微型加料器及去离子水稳定流动高位槽等。
This experiment studied the continuous stirred tank reactor, acetic anhydride hydrolysis reaction, the residence time distribution determination. In addition, we have designed a miniature feeder for tracer material with simple structure, easy production, easy operation, stable operation and good effect, and stable trough for deionized water.
