柳州铁路局管辖的铁路有湘桂线、黔桂线、黎湛线、焦柳线、南昆线五大干线,现有职工6万多人,其中党员2万多名。近年来,随着国家西部大开发战略和全区“富民兴桂”新跨越战略的推进,广西区域经济得到了快速发展,铁路运输需求大幅度增长,运能再度呈现紧张趋势。同时以车谋私、以票谋私现象也有所抬头。针对这种情况,我局加大了反腐倡廉宣传教育力度,通过开展示范性、条规性、警示性、超前性的“四性”教育,有效增强了党员干部廉洁从业意识。2004年全局出现了“三个下降”,即信访举报、违纪违法案件、大要案分别比上年同期下降了19.1%、28.7%、18.1%。
The railways under the jurisdiction of Liuzhou Railway Bureau are Xiang-Gui Line, Guizhou-Guangxi Line, Li Zhan Line, Jiao-Liu Line and Nan-Kun Line. There are more than 60,000 employees and over 20,000 party members. In recent years, with the advancing of the national strategy of western development and the new leap forward strategy of “enriching the people, enriching the people and developing Guangxi”, Guangxi’s regional economy has witnessed rapid development and the demand for railway transportation has risen sharply. At the same time as a car to seek personal gain, the phenomenon of seeking personal gains by law has also been on the rise. In response to this situation, our bureau has stepped up publicity and education on fighting corruption and advocating for clean government, and has effectively enhanced the sense of incorruptibility of party members and cadres by carrying out the “four-character” education of demonstration, regulation, caution and advancement. In 2004, there were “three declines” in the overall situation, that is, the number of reported cases of petitioning, disciplinary cases and major crimes dropped 19.1%, 28.7% and 18.1% respectively over the same period of last year.
