针对不锈钢焊接连接,对比了欧洲规范BS EN1993-1-4∶2006、美国不锈钢结构设计指南和美国规范SEI/ASCE 8-02及中国规范的适用范围、设计方法,研究了各规范对不锈钢对接焊缝、角焊缝连接设计的基本规定和设计计算方法。分析结果表明,中国规范的焊缝强度取值与欧洲规范BS EN1993-1-4∶2006相近,美国规范SEI/ASCE 8-02对于侧面角焊缝或斜向角焊缝比中国规范和欧洲规范BS EN1993-1-4的安全储备更高。中国规范对于焊接连接设计的规定总体是合理的。
For stainless steel welded connections, compared with the European norms BS EN1993-1-4: 2006, the United States stainless steel structure design guidelines and the United States norms SEI / ASCE 8-02 and the Chinese norms of the scope, design methods, the study of the norms of stainless steel butt welding Seam, fillet weld connection design of the basic provisions and design calculation method. The results of the analysis show that the standard weld seam strength in China is similar to the European standard BS EN 1993-1-4: 2006, and the American standard SEI / ASCE 8-02 is better than the Chinese standard and the European standard for side fillet welds or oblique fillet welds BS EN1993-1-4 higher safety reserves. Chinese regulations for the overall design of the welding connection is reasonable.
