目的了解胃复安致锥体外系反应的表现。方法回顾分析石狮市73311部队医院2004-02-2008-02间收治的胃复安致锥体外系反应17例。结果锥体外系反应表现为舌发麻变硬5例,发音不清4例,头向一例歪斜14例,两眼向上凝视或向一侧凝视9例,四肢不自主抽搐8例,角弓反张2例;17例中初诊误诊4例,占23.5%。结论临床医生应提高对胃复安致锥体外系反应的认识,病史中别遗忘用药史询问,是正确诊断的关键。
Objective To understand the performance of metoclopramide-induced extrapyramidal reactions. Methods Retrospective analysis of Shishi City 73311 Army Hospital 2004-02-2008-02 treated metoclopramide induced extrapyramidal reactions in 17 cases. Results Extrapyramidal reactions manifested as numbness of tongue numbness in 5 cases, 4 cases of unclear articulation, head to a case of skewed in 14 cases, two staring up or to the side of the 9 cases of gait involuntary convulsions in 8 cases, Zhang 2 cases; 17 cases of misdiagnosis in 4 cases, accounting for 23.5%. Conclusion Clinicians should raise awareness of the effect of metoclopramide on pyramidal extrapyramidal reactions, and do not ask questions about the history of forgotten medication in the medical history, which is the key to correct diagnosis.
