《屋面工程技术规范》(GB 50207-94)规定:平屋面的排水坡度,采用材料找坡宜为2%;天沟、檐沟纵向坡度不应小于1%;沟底水落差不得超过200mm;水落口周围直径500mm 范围内坡度不应小于5%。《建筑构造通用图集》(88J5)中檐沟找坡层作法为:1:3水泥砂浆找坡5‰,最薄处为20mm 厚。用水泥砂浆找坡,因按规范要求其坡度应≥1%,沟底水落差≤200mm,故不仅造价高,而且荷载大。若用保温材料找坡,虽然荷载较小,但造价更高,且没有必要。
