肺静脉在心房颤动发生和维持中的作用已被人们所认识。随着细胞电生理和分子生物学技术的发展,使得人们能够对此进行不断深入的研究。本文就肺静脉的胚胎来源和组织解剖特点、电生理学特性、离子流及其通道的分子生物学以及心房颤动引起肺静脉的电重构、离子流变化的研究及它们的相关性作一综述。
The role of pulmonary veins in the occurrence and maintenance of atrial fibrillation has been recognized. With the development of cell electrophysiology and molecular biology technology, people are able to make further research on this. This review summarizes the origin and histological features of pulmonary veins, their electrophysiological properties, the molecular biology of ion flux and its channels, the electrical remodeling of pulmonary veins caused by atrial fibrillation, and the ion current changes.
