当春风吹绿黄河两岸,齐鲁大地迎来了又一个春天——山东省市县科技工作会议在淄博市桓台隆重召开。来自全省各地市分管科技工作的副市长(专员)、科委主任,139个县(市、区)科委主任聚集一堂,同奏“八五”齐鲁科技硕果的凯歌,共图“九五”及2010年山东科技的发展大计。 为庆祝此次会议的胜利召开,本刊记者通过采访,汇集了一组文章,以飨读者。
