目的 分析婴儿血清δ胆红素 (Bδ)与婴儿年龄、疾病的关系。方法 采用多层薄膜分析技术测定 13 8例3个月内的婴儿血清中Bδ及其他胆红素组分 ,分析不同年龄、不同疾病的婴儿血清中Bδ与婴儿年龄及疾病的关系。结果 13 8例 3个月内婴儿共测定Bδ及其他胆红素组分 2 69次 ,各年龄组间Bδ无差异 ;溶血性黄疸 3种治疗方法间Bδ结果无差异 ;各年龄组间、各疾病组间Bδ/TBIL结果差异均有显著性 ;全部 13 8例黄疸患儿 4种治疗方法间Bδ与Bδ/TBIL差异均有显著性 ,这是由患儿本身黄疸类型不同造成的 ;不同类型的婴儿黄疸性疾病Bδ及胆红素组分随病情的变化有二种主要类型。结论 Bδ/TBIL结果与婴儿年龄、疾病的关系比Bδ更为密切 ,3个月内婴儿血清中Bδ/TBIL水平随婴儿年龄的增加而增加 ,Bδ及Bδ/TBIL值只与黄疸类型有关 ,与治疗方法无关 ,感染性黄疸与非感染性黄疸Bδ及胆红素组分随病情的变化类型不同 ,有助于黄疸的分型。
Objective To analyze the relationship between infant serum bilirubin (Bδ) and infant age and disease. Methods The serum levels of Bδ and other bilirubin in 13 8 infants aged 3 months were determined by multilayer thin-film analysis. The relationship between Bδ and infant age and disease in infants of different ages and different diseases was analyzed. Results 13 8 infants in 3 months were measured Bδ and other bilirubin components 2 69 times, Bδ no difference between the age groups; Hemolytic jaundice three kinds of treatment methods Bδ results no difference between the various age groups, each Bδ / TBIL results were significantly different among the disease groups. There was significant difference between Bδ and Bδ / TBIL between the four treatment methods in all 138 cases of jaundice, which was caused by the different types of jaundice in children. Of infant jaundice disease Bδ and bilirubin composition changes with the disease there are two main types. Conclusion The relationship between Bδ / TBIL and infants ’age and disease is more closely related to Bδ. The Bδ / TBIL level in infant serum increases with the increase of infants’ age within 3 months. Bδ and Bδ / TBIL values are only related to jaundice type, Treatment has nothing to do, infectious jaundice and non-infectious jaundice Bδ and bilirubin composition with the type of disease changes, contribute to the classification of jaundice.
