外语(含古汉语)考试成绩合格,是专业技术人员晋升高、中级职称的必备条件之一。我市职称评定工作的外语考试大体分为三个阶段。第一阶段,是从1980-1993年晋升高、中级职称的外语考试,由本市职称改革部门组织考试,成绩合格者本市予以认可;第二阶段,是从1994-1996年全省组织的晋升高、中级职称人员参加全省统一组织的高、中级外语、古汉语考试,成绩合格者,全省予以认可;第三阶段,是从1995-1996年国家人事部专业人员司组织全国英语等级考试(试点),成绩合格者全国予以认可。
Foreign language (including ancient Chinese) pass the examination results, professional and technical personnel to promote high, intermediate one of the necessary conditions.
