刚刚过去的“十五”时期,顺义经济社会发展取得了令 人瞩目的成就。五年的历史,五年的成就,五年的跨越发展。 五年前的梦想今天已成为现实,一个活力、和谐、繁荣、发 展的顺义呈现在世人眼前。 五年只是历史长河中的一瞬,却深刻地影响着顺义区的 历史进程。“十五”期间,顺义的长足发展不仅壮大了区域 经济实力,同时也改变着城乡面貌,百姓生活发生了可喜的 变化。如果说,改革开放以来,顺义实现了从农业经济到工 业经济的产业跨越,那么过去的五年,则是顺义经济社会发 展全面提速的“黄金时期”。
The just past “Tenth Five-Year” period, Shunyi economic and social development has made remarkable achievements. Five years of history, five years of achievements, five years of development across. The dream five years ago has become a reality today. An image of Shunyi, which is vibrant, harmonious, prosperous and developing, is presented to the world. Five years is just a moment in history, but profoundly affects the historical process of Shunyi District. During the “Tenth Five-Year Plan” period, the rapid development of Shunyi not only strengthened its regional economic strength but also changed the urban-rural outlook. The people’s life has undergone a welcome change. If we say that since the introduction of the policy of reform and opening up, Shunyi has achieved a leap forward in its industrialization from the agricultural economy to the industrial economy. In the past five years, however, Shunyi has accelerated its economic and social development in a “golden age.”
