从与球茎大麦(Hordeum bulbosum L.)的种间杂交组合中可以产生大麦(Hvrdeum vulgare L.)单倍体。通常由于球茎大麦为冬性,需要春化处理才能产生花粉。为了有利于栽培大麦与球茎大麦的杂交,本研究选择并估测了中选春性无性系的胚形成率(获得的胚数/授粉小花数)和单倍体产生率(获得的单胚数/授粉小花数)。未春化处理的183个无性系有23个开花,这些无性系可产生足够的花粉。胚形成率为26.3%—86.5%,单倍体产生率为8.2%—41.9%。某些无性系优于常规的冬性无性系,它们可以用于改进大麦单倍体的形成程序。
Barley (Hvrdeum vulgare L.) haploid can be produced from an interspecific cross combination with bulb barley (Hordeum bulbosum L.). It is usually necessary to produce vernalization to produce pollen because bulby barley is winter. In order to facilitate the cross between cultivated barley and bulb barley, we selected and estimated the embryogenesis rate (number of embryos obtained / number of pollinated florets) and haploid rate (number of single embryos obtained / Pollinating the number of flowers). The 183 vernalized clones had 23 blooms, and these clones produced enough pollen. The rate of embryogenesis was 26.3% -86.5% and the haploid rate was 8.2% -41.9%. Some clones outperform conventional winter clones and can be used to improve barley haploid formation procedures.
