目的:建立工作场所空气中二丙二醇甲醚的直接进样—气相色谱测定方法。方法:空气中的二丙二醇甲醚用注射器采集,直接进样,以30 m×320μm×1.00μm DB-1701毛细管柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测。结果:二丙二醇甲醚浓度在0.00μg/ml~650μg/ml范围内线性较好,回归方程Y=6.7930x+0.0173,相关系数r为0.99989,方法的检出限为2.14μg/ml。结论:该方法各项指标均达到GBZ/T210.4-2008职业卫生标准制定指南的要求。方法准确可靠﹑简单可行,适用于作业场所空气中二丙二醇甲醚的测定。
Objective: To establish direct injection of dipropylene glycol methyl ether in workplace air - gas chromatographic method. METHODS: Dipropylene glycol methyl ether in air was collected with a syringe and directly injected into a DB-1701 capillary column with a size of 30 m × 320 μm × 1.00 μm for detection by hydrogen flame ionization detector. Results: The calibration curve of dipropylene glycol methyl ether was linear in the range of 0.00μg / ml ~ 650μg / ml. The regression equation was Y = 6.7930x + 0.0173. The correlation coefficient r was 0.99989. The detection limit was 2.14μg / ml. Conclusion: The method of the indicators have reached GBZ / T210.4-2008 occupational health standards for the development of guidelines. The method is accurate and reliable, simple and feasible, suitable for the determination of dipropylene glycol methyl ether in the workplace air.
