随着膜分离技术、质子交换膜燃料电池技术和液流电池储能技术等的发展,膜材料的研究开发也越来越受到人们的重视。杂萘联苯聚芳醚是一类性能优良的高分子膜材料,由于分子主链上含有全芳非共平面扭曲链结构,具有较好的耐化学稳定性和耐热性,且可溶解于N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺等常用制膜溶剂,在耐高温分离膜和离子交换膜方面具有非常好的应用前景。本文主要介绍近年来杂萘联苯聚芳醚膜材料的研究进展及其在气体分离膜、液体分离膜、能源领域用离子交换膜等方面的应用。
With the development of membrane separation technology, proton exchange membrane fuel cell technology and flow battery energy storage technology, more and more attention has been paid to membrane material research and development. Poly (phthalazinone) poly (arylene ether) is a type of polymer membrane material with excellent properties. It has good chemical and thermal stability due to its non-coplanar twisted chain structure in its main chain and is soluble in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, N, N-dimethylacetamide and other commonly used film-forming solvents, in the high temperature separation membrane and ion exchange membrane has a very good application prospects. This article mainly introduces the research progress of poly (phthalazinone ether) poly (arylene ether) membrane materials in recent years and its applications in gas separation membranes, liquid separation membranes, and ion exchange membranes for energy applications.
