蚕豆生长发育过程中干物质消耗、积累与贮藏的状况,蚕豆株高、绿叶数多少,叶面积系数大小,叶片中叶绿素含量高低,群体受光状态等都是进行蚕豆生产与科研中所关心的重要指标。蚕豆播种出苗阶段,种子内贮藏的干物质逐渐消耗,至第一张真叶展开即进入断奶期,到三叶期为超重期。自现蕾期开始其株高增长与干物重积累总量均里“S”型。单株绿叶数和叶面积系数的发展在结荚期达到高峰,为一单峰曲线。蚕豆拥有多张功能期叶片,同一植株上不同叶位叶片的叶绿素含量在2~4mg/dm~2之间,呈抛物线分布。蚕豆单叶光强补偿点为500Lux 左右。大田中群体受光强度随天气与昼夜有明显的日间差异和日内变化。群体内不同高度各层次透光率自上而下逐渐降低。各有关生育指标因品种特性不同而不同,也受栽培技术措施的影响而变化,通过不同栽培技术措施对各指标影响的分析,可望对筛选优良品系、确定高产栽培技术措施有一定的参考价值。
