本文阐述了模拟弹道式导弹战斗部触发引信系统的气动加热和高速碰撞组合效应的地面试验技术。这一方法是把头锥固定、装上仪器,由铝粉末-液氧喷管系统产生火焰,并在用炸药推进的铝飞板靶碰撞之前,将火焰喷向头锥。这种旋转飞板技术(靶运动打击固定的头锥)已经在几种先进引信系统的研制设计中得到应用。本文描述其试验方法并介绍新近的试验结果。
This paper presents a ground test technique for simulating the combined effects of aerodynamic heating and high-speed collision in the trigger fuze system of a ballistic missile warhead. In this method, the head cone is fixed, the instrument is installed, a flame is generated by the aluminum powder-liquid oxygen nozzle system, and the flame is sprayed toward the head cone before the collision with the aluminum propeller target driven by the explosive. This rotating flyer technology (target motion combat fixed head cone) has been applied in the design and development of several advanced fuze systems. This article describes its test methods and introduces recent test results.
