目的了解厦门市小学高年级学生刷牙行为、口腔保健知识状况及来源,为今后小学生的口腔健康教育提供对策。方法用自行设计的调查表,对厦门市5所小学四至六年级953名学生进行刷牙行为及口腔保健知识来源进行调查。结果在刷牙方式、刷牙时间、选用含氟牙膏在3个年级学生中有区别,均以六年级学生掌握最好,其他方面的口腔保健知识没有区别。口腔保健知识来源呈现多渠道,家庭、学校仍是最重要的知识来源,牙膏牙刷上的广告、网络、小区宣传栏等正成为小学生获取口腔保健知识的重要来源。结论要加强对低年级学生的口腔健康教育,强化从小抓起的观念。
Objective To understand the brushing behavior and oral health knowledge status of primary school students in Xiamen City and its sources to provide countermeasures for the future oral health education of pupils. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the brushing behavior and oral health knowledge sources of 953 students from Grade 4 to 6 in 5 primary schools in Xiamen City. The results in the brushing, brushing time, the choice of fluoride toothpaste in the three grade students are different, are the sixth graders to master the best, there is no difference in other aspects of oral health knowledge. Many sources of oral health care knowledge, families and schools are still the most important source of knowledge. Ads on toothpaste toothbrushes, networks and community bulletin boards are becoming important sources of oral health knowledge for primary school children. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen oral health education for the students in lower grades and to reinforce their concept of getting started.
