含碘制剂是常用制剂之一,含量不合标准将直接影响疗效。1981～1985年我所对有关医疗单位自制的碘甘油、碘酊、复方碘溶液等5种38批含碘制剂作了含量考察,平均不合格率为78.9%。其中1981～1983年的23批中就有20批不合格,平均不合格率87%(含碘量不合格率78.3%,含碘化钾量不合格率78.9%)。产生上述问题的主要原因是:
Iodine preparation is one of the commonly used preparations, the content of substandard will directly affect the efficacy. From 1981 to 1985, the content of 38 kinds of iodine-containing preparations of 5 kinds of iodine glycerin, iodine tincture and compound iodine solution made by the medical units concerned were investigated. The average failure rate was 78.9%. Among them, 20 of the 23 batches in 1981-1983 were unqualified with an average unqualified rate of 87% (78.3% of the total unqualified iodine content and 78.9% of the unqualified iodized potassium content).
