How to promote innovation and development in humanities and social sciences in China is a basic issue that must be solved in academia in our country. In this respect, humanities and social science journals have an important responsibility. As one of them, “Chongqing Social Science” has attracted much attention in recent years. As a comprehensive academic periodical of humanities and social sciences, the journal adheres to the philosophy of running a journal entitled “National Perspective, Individuality of Chongqing”. It aims at the reality of manuscripts, academic originality and theoretical improvement. The editing and publishing process fully meets the requirements of international conventions ,promote
