纤维蛋白粘合胶在小鼠腹腔存留二周;对大鼠肝切口具有可靠的止血作用,对小血管吻合口的粘合效果满意。纤维蛋白粘合胶不引起组织发生病理学变化,不引起豚鼠过敏反应。纤维蛋白粘合胶是一种安全、可靠的止血剂和组织粘合剂,优于凝血酶及明胶海绵。
Fibrin glue remained in the abdominal cavity of mice for two weeks; it had a reliable hemostatic effect on rat liver incision and satisfactory adhesion to small blood vessel anastomosis. Fibrin glue does not cause tissue pathology changes, does not cause guinea pig allergic reactions. Fibrin adhesive is a safe and reliable hemostatic and tissue adhesive, superior to thrombin and gelatin sponge.
