排水管井作为一种渗流控制措施,在水利工程中应用广泛。但管井容易发生淤堵,为延长其使用寿命,根据已有淤堵机理研究成果,提出一种新型可拆换过滤器应用于排水管井。其工作原理是通过在传统排水管井壁内设置一个可拆换的多孔泡沫塑料过滤器,使部分物理淤堵物和大多数化学及生物淤堵物沉积于多孔泡沫塑料过滤器内。当过滤器在受到淤堵后通过对其进行更换或清洗,可恢复管井的排水能力。在水利工程坝基排水孔、堤防工程减压井以及航道岸坡水平排水孔等方面的应用成果表明可拆换式过滤器可以大幅延缓排水管井的使用寿命,改善其排水效果,使用前景十分广阔。
Drainage well as a seepage control measures, widely used in water conservancy projects. However, the tube well is prone to clogging. In order to prolong its service life, a new type of removable filter is proposed for drainage tube wells based on the research results of the existing clogging mechanism. The principle of operation is to deposit some of the physical plug and most of the chemical and biological plug in the porous foam filter by providing a removable porous foam filter in the wall of the conventional drain. When the filter is clogged by replacing or cleaning it, you can restore the well water drainage capacity. The application results of dam foundation drainage holes, embankment relief wells and horizontal drains in waterway slopes show that the removable filter can greatly delay the service life of drainage pipe wells and improve the drainage effect, and the application prospect is very broad.
