目前,我国很多大中型企业财务管理模式处于瓶颈期,借鉴集团化的财务管理方式,不但能推动国家经济发展,也给企业财务管理问题提供新的途径。文章先介绍了企业集团财务管理的一般模式,进而与美、日、德三国的企业集团财务管理模式进行了对比,分析了我国企业集团财务存在的主要问题,最后针对问题提出了我国企业集团财务管理的改革模式。
At present, the financial management mode of many large and medium-sized enterprises in our country is at the bottleneck. Drawing on the group financial management mode, it not only can promote the national economic development but also provide a new way for the enterprise financial management. This article first introduces the general mode of financial management of enterprise groups, and then compares with the financial management mode of enterprise groups in the United States, Japan and Germany, analyzes the main problems existing in the financial problems of the enterprise groups in our country, Management reform model.
