本研究工作考察了多种醇类、有机酸和胺类等物质在软钎剂中的作用能力。钎剂中各种成分的选择以其可否水溶为基本原则,而软钎焊性的优劣则以润湿称量法的测试结果为主要评定指标。通过对多种醇类进行考察,优选出具有适当的沸点和粘度的混合醇作为软钎剂的载体,并以此为基础考察了多种有机酸胺类等物质的软钎焊能力。试验结果表明,单纯的醇类就可以使钎料漫流,对于老化轻微的引线,润湿称量法的结果也达到相当可观的数值;加胺类之后,作用能力有所增强。而有机酸的作用則比较明显,一些含有羟基的多元酸加入载体后,可以使贮存四五年的热浸锡铜线(采用松香酒精钎剂测试时—+8×10~(-4)N)润湿力达到—(7~8)×10~(-4)N左右。此外,本文还对有机酸与金属氧化物的作用以及几种钎剂的焊后清洗及腐蚀问题作了初步的分析。
This research examines the ability of many alcohols, organic acids and amines to act as fluxes. The role of organic acids is more obvious, some hydroxyl-containing polybasic acid added to the carrier, can be stored four or five years of hot-dip tin copper (rosin alcohol flux testing - +8 × 10 ~ (-4) N ) Wetting force to - (7 ~ 8) × 10 ~ (-4) N or so. In addition, this article also made a preliminary analysis of the role of organic acids and metal oxides and post-weld cleaning and corrosion of several fluxes.
