根据测量不确定度理论,对单组分聚氨酯树脂进行了弯曲强度的测试,并对结果进行了分析,确定了不确定度的来源,对每一个不确定度分量进行了计算,并得出合成不确定度结果,同时分析了各不确定度分量对测定结果的影响,得出重复性测量是不确定度的主要来源,因此不确定度的分析对如何减小试验结果误差起到了指导性的作用。
According to the theory of measurement uncertainty, the flexural strength of one-component polyurethane resin was tested and the results were analyzed. The sources of uncertainty were determined and each component of uncertainty was calculated. The results of uncertainty analysis, as well as the impact of each component of uncertainty on the measurement results, come to the conclusion that the repetitive measurement is the main source of uncertainty. Therefore, the analysis of the uncertainty has played an important guiding role in reducing the error of the test results effect.
