MTC temperature programmer is used for controlling the temperature of the electric furnace expert controller. It takes 8031 single-chip microcomputer as the core, realizes A / D conversion with high accuracy and reliability by using V / F conversion and opto-electronic coupling circuit, and uses the new method combined with hardware and software to trigger thyristor phase-shifting. It applies artificial intelligence to temperature program control, making overshoot <0.75% and controlling accuracy up to 0.1%.
