本文对４０例小儿性心律失常及３０例健康儿童进行心室晚电位检测（ＶＬＰ），结果表明：观察组与对照组间三项参数（ＱＲＳｒ、Ｄ４０、Ｖ４０）测值均无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），两组间ＶＬＰ阳性率亦无显著差异，但病毒性心肌炎组（１３例）ＶＬＰ阳性率为２３．１％，而良性室早组（２５例）ＶＬＰ阳性率为０，经Ｘ２检验两组阳性率差异显著（０．０５＞Ｐ＞０．０１）．作者对上述检测结果加以分析，并对其临床意义进行了讨论．
In this paper, ventricular late potentials (VLP) were measured in 40 children with arrhythmia and 30 healthy children. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the three parameters (QRSr, D40, V40) between the observation group and the control group (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the positive rate of VLP between the two groups. However, the positive rate of VLP in viral myocarditis group (23 cases) was 23.1%, while the positive rate of VLP in benign room early group (25 cases) was 0 X2 test showed significant difference between the two groups (0.05> P> 0.01). The authors analyzed the above test results and discussed their clinical implications.
