目的了解河北省廊坊市东方大学城甲型H1N1流感(甲流)的发病与流行情况。方法对2009年9月1-30日期间河北省廊坊市东方大学城8所大学的学生采用《甲型H1N1流感发病情况调查表》进行调查。将原始数据录入Epidata2.1数据库,应用SPSS16.0统计分析软件进行统计学分析。结果问题①-⑤Cronbach’sα信度系数为0.523。共收集问卷20751份,各个学校女性多于男性(P<0.01)。调查对象中共有甲型H1N1流感患者102例,不同学校、不同性别甲型H1N1流感患病构成之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);甲型H1N1流感暴露(接触)中,不清楚占调查问卷的比例最多(48.9%),其次是同宿舍楼有甲流患者(8.3%),主要接触方式以接触患者触摸过的物体最多(14.5%),其次是近距离接触但没有说话(13.7%)。防护措施及其他预防措施中,带口罩所占比例最大(56.3%),其次为服用抗病毒药物(37.4%)。甲流患病危险因素有室友为甲流患者、同宿舍楼有甲流患者、近距离接触但没说话、近距离接触面对面说话、接触患者触摸过的物体、无任何防护措施;保护因素为服用抗病毒药物,其中莲花清瘟胶囊使用频率最高。结论 2009年9月廊坊市东方大学城甲型H1N1流感患者主要集中在北京中医药大学东方学院、华航航空学校、中国民航管理干部学院、北京东方研修学院、北京明园大学和北京城市学院;在预防呼吸道传播的同时还要做好消毒防护工作,避免接触性传播;戴口罩和服用抗病毒药物可起到一定的预防作用。
Objective To understand the incidence and prevalence of Influenza A (H1N1) influenza in Dongfang University City, Langfang City, Hebei Province. Methods A questionnaire survey of the incidence of Influenza A (H1N1) among students from 8 universities in Dongfang University City, Langfang City, Hebei Province from September 1 to September 30, 2009 was conducted. The original data entry Epidata2.1 database, application SPSS16.0 statistical analysis software for statistical analysis. Results of the problem ①-⑤ Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficient of 0.523. A total of 20,751 questionnaires were collected, with more women than men in all schools (P <0.01). Among the surveyed subjects, there were 102 cases of Influenza A (H1N1), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Influenza A (H1N1) H1N1 influenza exposure (exposure) was not clear The surveyed questionnaire accounted for the largest proportion (48.9%), followed by influenza A (8.3%) in the same dormitory building, with the most contacts touching the patient (14.5%), followed by close contact but not speaking (13.7 %). Protective measures and other preventive measures, the largest proportion of masks (56.3%), followed by taking antiviral drugs (37.4%). Conclusion In September 2009, patients with Influenza A (H1N1) influenza in Dongfang University, Langfang city were mainly concentrated in Oriental College of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, China Airlines Aviation School, Civil Aviation Management Institute of China, Beijing Oriental Studies Institute, Beijing Mingyuan University and Beijing Urban Institute. Prevention of respiratory transmission should also do a good job of disinfection and protection work, to avoid contact with sexual transmission; wearing masks and taking antiviral drugs can play a preventive role.
