文章考察了2003—2013年中国70个重点城市的水资源空间匹配及其变迁,发现了研究期间东、中、西部城市截然不同的水资源空间匹配演变路径,东部地区基本保持稳定;受人口和经济集聚影响,中部地区和西部地区水资源空间匹配下降,尤其以西部地区显著;东北城市人口和经济的水资源空间匹配指数先降后增,显示从水资源空间匹配角度,东北地区的经济与社会发展波动早有征兆。基于二阶段动态广义矩模型的实证研究表明,国际化、产业结构、经济发展动机与潜力、发展水平都会影响水资源空间匹配。从优化空间匹配视角,放松人口流动管制,促进人口与经济同向集聚是优化资源配置的重要政策手段。
This paper examines the spatial matching and changes of water resources in 70 major cities in China from 2003 to 2013 and finds the distinctly different water resources spatial matching and evolution paths in the eastern, central and western cities during the study period. The eastern region has basically remained stable. Economic agglomeration affected the spatial matching of water resources in the central and western regions decreased, especially in the western region; the matching index of water resources of the population and economy in northeast China first and then increased, showing that from the perspective of spatial matching of water resources, There are early signs of social fluctuations. Empirical research based on the two-stage dynamic GMM model shows that internationalization, industrial structure, motivation and potential of economic development, and development level will all affect the spatial matching of water resources. From optimizing the perspective of space matching, easing population control and promoting population and economic co-ordination are important policy instruments for optimizing the allocation of resources.
