本文报道了1977年以来对洛夫林10、13等“洛类”品种有毒菌株的筛选、研究结果。继1983年发现条中28号后又陆续发现7个对“洛类”品种有较强致病力的条锈菌小种类型,可分为洛10、洛13两个致病类群。它们对我国鉴别寄生、生产和后备品种、高代品系、重要抗源的毒力均有重要区别,对 “洛类” 品种及其后代的毒力也不尽一致。证实两类群的出现和发展是“洛类” 品种“丧失” 抗条锈性的主要因素,提出了防止“洛类”品种“丧失”抗条锈性的对策。
This article reports the screening of virulent strains of “Luo” class of Lovrin 10 and 13 since 1977, and the results of the study. Following the discovery of No.28 in 1983, 7 minor species of stripe rust were found one after another in the “Lo-type” breeds and could be divided into two pathogenic groups Luo 10 and Luo 13. They discriminate parasitism, production and reserve varieties, high generation strains, important anti-source of virulence are important differences, “Los” varieties and their offspring virulence are not the same. It was confirmed that the emergence and development of the two groups were the main factors of “loss” of stripe rust resistance of “Luo” varieties, and the countermeasures of preventing the “loss” of stripe rust resistance were proposed.
