采用横流CO2激光器,对AM60B镁合金进行激光熔凝处理,同时改变激光加工工艺参数,得到不同的熔凝组织。讨论了各工艺参数对熔凝区尺寸的影响规律,并分析了熔凝区组织性能之间的关系。结果表明,激光熔凝后,晶粒得到细化,硬度提高约50%,耐磨性提高约60%。
A cross-flow CO2 laser was used to laser melt the AM60B magnesium alloy while changing the laser processing parameters to obtain different fused structures. The influence of various process parameters on the size of the melting zone was discussed, and the relationship between the microstructure and properties of the melting zone was analyzed. The results show that after laser melting, the grains are refined, the hardness is improved by about 50% and the wear resistance is improved by about 60%.
